Hello, backers! First of all, many apologies for the delays and lack of communication. Please know we have been busy getting this first shipment ready for you. You guys are so special to us and we appreciate you believing in our new product. Going forward, you will hear more updates from us to keep you informed each step of the way. Now let’s get you caught up!
Before shipping the bags, we learned the button that activates the PaqTech Fresh Cycle (which will remove odors and kill bacteria in your bag) wasn’t sensitive enough, which made it difficult to turn on when pressed. We worked with the engineers in China to make changes and now it functions properly.
When the bags were ready to ship, we didn’t have the correct certificate for the batteries that power PaqTech (the device inside your bag). Our shipment was held at the port until our Chinese factory was able to get the necessary certificate. Once Customs received the certification, we still had to wait until after a Chinese holiday to ship.
It also took longer than anticipated to find a forwarding shipping company that could ship from Vietnam to our fulfillment center. We did secure one, however, and that leads us to the next exciting update...
Your bags are on the ship and headed our way! They will be here in the US in about 21 days. It will take about 1-2 days to clear Customs, 1 day to deliver to our warehouse, 1-2 days to process the shipment and then we will be shipping you your bags! The estimated arrival time for you to receive your bag will be end of December. Thank you again for your patience! We’re so sorry it has taken longer than anticipated and we look forward to you being one of the FIRST people to own this one-of-a-kind duffel bag.
During the last several months, we’ve heard an overwhelming positive response about this new innovative system for busy people on-the-go. We’ve been asked to create additional products with our PaqTech technology inside. We’re excited to let you know a backpack version, PaqBack, is in development! As our first VIP customers, we’ll be offering you a deeply discounted price that only you will have access to. Stay tuned for more.

Hi Everyone, we are getting really close to our ship date!
Our PaqTech units officially left China and arrived in Vietnam.
There was a national holiday in China and all shipping was halted for over a week, which caused a backup to get items out of the port.
With our ship date nearing, we are asking that you reconfirm your mailing address. If you moved or will be moving, we will need your address changed in our system within 10 days.

There are also 30 or so backers who have not answered their survey yet. We’ll need those for you to get your Paqsule bag.
Expect more frequent updates from us as we gear up to ship date!
We know the process has taken longer than expected, and appreciate your patience. We have gotten several emails asking if you will get your order by the Holidays and you can rest assured that you will.

Production is DONE! Next up, assembly

Hey Everyone, We have officially finished production!
We manufacture in two different countries and the PaqTech Devices and Technology will be in a container and shipping to Vietnam (where the bags are produced) next week.
From there we will begin assembly and Paqsule will be on its way to our base in Los Angeles, CA in its finished form.
Pending customs inspection we are on track to begin shipping on Oct 18th.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and delivery will start within a week to our U.S. based backers (a bit more time for those outside of the U.S.)
So, what now? Please be sure that we have your correct mailing address.
